Rhonda S. Lappen, MD, FACC, is a 1976-graduate of The Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. Her postgraduate training includes her internship (1976-1977), residency (1977-1978), and cardiology fellowship (1978-1981) at the University of Colorado Health Science Center. Dr. Lappen further completed a pediatric residency at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL (1983) and a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (1984).
